02 Site Meeting
Greg visits your property to understand your vision, assess the site, and identify any opportunities or constraints. You’ll get expert advice early, before design begins, so you can move forward with confidence.
03 Concept Agreement
Your project enters early design and feasibility planning. This stage ensures your vision is properly scoped and viable before you invest in detailed plans. If you proceed to construction, your concept fee is credited toward the build.
04 Design & Documentation
Allgrange collaborates with architects and consultants to finalise drawings, engineering, and specifications. Every detail is documented upfront, so there are no assumptions or surprises later.
05 Fixed-Price Proposal
You receive a comprehensive proposal with transparent pricing, inclusions, timelines, and scope. You’ll know exactly what’s included and what to expect before signing anything.
06 Contract Signing
Once you’re confident in the proposal, contracts are signed. Pricing, timelines, and expectations are locked in, giving you complete certainty before construction begins.
07 Construction & Ongoing Communication
Allgrange manages your build using proven systems and a client portal. You’ll receive regular updates and clear communication, so you always know where your project is tracking.
08 Completion & Handover
At handover, We walk you through your completed home to ensure everything meets the agreed standard. You’ll have confidence in the quality and access to ongoing support if needed.
